DIRECTIONS TO BROOKLIN BOAT YARD

Location: 44.25748 N, 68.54469 W (See NOAA Chart 13316)

From The South: Take Rt. 95 to Augusta, Maine. Leave Rt. 95 at Augusta using Exit 109 (formerly Exit 30) and travel thru Augusta following signs for Rt. 3 and Belfast. Take Rt. 3 to Belfast. At Belfast get on Rt. 1/Rt. 3 North to Bucksport. Cross over the Bucksport Bridge and go right at stop sign. Continue on Rt. 1/ Rt. 3/Rt. 15 through Bucksport for about 4 miles and turn right onto Rt. 15 to Blue Hill.

At the end of Rt. 15 (at Exxon Station) turn right and continue through Blue Hill to flashing light at the top of the hill. Turn left onto Rt. 172/Rt. 175. Take another left, still on Rt. 175 (Falls Bridge Road) and go over the bridge. Brooklin is about 12 miles from Blue Hill. Stay on Rt.175 the whole way.

Downtown Brooklin consists of the Brooklin General Store, the Library, a small restaurant, an Inn, a marine supply store and the Post Office. The boat yard is at the end of Center Harbor Road, which will be the first paved road after the Post Office, about 1/3 of a mile.
